Their contract administration team deserves recognition as well. They reviewed and accepted our construction agreement swiftly and without complication, allowing us to move forward without delay.
Once the project kicked off, Silver States's project management team produced accurate submittals without having to chase them down, which is rare and highly appreciated.
In the field, their performance remained strong. The field team was wellcoordinated, and their foreman was clearly experienced and familiar with the plans. We received well-documented RFis that referenced drawings and included recommendations when appropriate.
What stood out most was the fact that we were an out-of-state general contractor with no prior working relationship with Silver State, yet they gave us their absolute best effort every step of the way. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and proactive approach made them feel like a trusted partner rather than just a subcontractor.
